FISH IS SICK

My sunburst platy is only swimming at the top of the surface. Sometimes, he breathes rapidly, other times, he doesn’t. He also looks to have fun rot, but I have treated with a melafix for a week and has not helped. He also swims wobbly a bit when turning. He never goes to the bottom of the tank. Help please!!

Hi. This is a saltwater forum so I'm not sure how helpful people can be. Plus, you posted this in the hitchhiker forum instead of the disease forum.

I'm not sure how effective that product is. I recommend using real antibiotics if it's bacterial.

Those numbers are suspect with that 0 nitrates. It seems unlikely you would have that in a freshwater aquarium.

Out of curiosity, what size tank and any other inhabitants?
