See if you can post more pictures (preferably a short video) in white light. Need tank parameters and have you added anything new lately? How long have you had the fish? Was it quarantined? #fishmedic

It appears to be a bacterial infection brought on by an injury - I would try treating with kanaplex.

Hi, that looks like a severe injury - see the skin damage and the bent spine? I'm really sorry, but there isn't anything you can do for this, and it will likely prove fatal.
