Pretty new to the fish world.
Anthias died
Swallowtail died
Two premium clowns died
2 bangai cardinal fish died

And came home to another Bangui dead.

I have a watchman goby and pistol shrimp
3 remaining bangai cardinals
1 red scooter blenny
2 cleaner shrimp
3 sea urchins
1 PJ cardinal
Red serpent starfish
Tiger stripped star fish

All parameters are good, do water changes regularly in the waterbox 130.4

What could be killing the fish?
Any help would be appreciated!

Welcome to R2R!

How long have you had your fish and what is your QT protocol?

When was the last fish added to the system?

Any pics of the dead fish?

The two clowns had no markings on them at all and the bangai cardinal fish were devoured by the CUC.
They have all been in the tank for many months.
Then started to die suddenly.

My fear is that it may be the serpents but not % sure. Also I have three emerald crabs.

Were the fish QT'd?
Good oxygen exchange?

I didn't see anything in the pics but these guys on the reef squad are pretty good at narrowing it down.

I have a good skimmer, and good flow.

I didn’t do any kind of quarantine, but they were here for months eating great before anything happened.

There are two things that kill fish rapidly: velvet and gram negative bacterial infections.
Can you be more specific about any symptoms you observed?
What was the last "wet" (fish, corals, inverts, etc.) addition to your tank just prior to the beginning of the deaths?
