Fish list for 250?

Hello! We will be moving the new 250 gallon tank in soon and we have compiled all our top fish to add to it and wondering if anything else should be added for move color and personality.

I love the look of yellow tangs they stand out the most IMO

Reef: trio pyramid butterfly fish, yellow wrasse, some anthias
Fish-only: Red coris wrasse, Flame Angels (possibly for reef too depending on individual)

Trying to go for mixed reef with softies sps and lps but sps might not go to well because we are a little new to that

They do! We have a yellow tang in one of our 60 gallons that we are going to move into it

If you want color and personality you have to have a Harlequin Tusk!!! They may eat you cuc, but you already listed a Trigger so I assume you aren't planning on keeping crustaceans...or you are at least aware that they may be eaten already.

Speaking of the Trigger, have you looked at the Crosshatch Trigger? They are way more colorful if you don't mind the hefty price tag.

Last thing I will say is, I have an Achilles and a Powder Blue together in a 160 and they get along great. I just bring this up in case people try and persuade you against keeping Tangs of the same family together, (They are both Acanthurus). I have had plenty of aggression issues with my Purple Tang and my Achilles, but the Achilles has never gone after the Powder Blue for some reason. Don't get me wrong...they do puff their fins up and there has been a bit of tail slapping, but nothing serious and no physical damage like with the Achilles and Purple.

Note: I do plan on moving the Achilles into a 300+ gallon next year, (for those that will tell me my tank is too small for one)
