I am putting together a fish list and i was wondering would these wrasse get along

Flame Wrasse
Golden Rhomboidalis Wrasse
Kuiter's Leopard Wrasse

would all of these get along? the tank is 150 tall I have clowns in there was well and plan on getting 2-3 tangs at the end.

Thanks

They will do well together, most fairy wrasses will co habitate together fine. some are more aggressive than others, but the ones you have picked are good. Make sure you have a cover for the top of your tank. Wrasses will jump out.

Great selection of wrasse by the way

Here's mine.

could i put in a velvet wrasse? my cousins has one that he wants to give me but im not sure if hes passive

Velvets are more aggressive than most fairies. It all depends on what you have now. I would get the others first and add the velvet last.

check with mobileaquatic. They're great with harder to find fish and at great price

Will these change genders when there isnt a female around? and how can i tell if they are supermale or not?

They are not like clowns, as far as I know. The male is the dominant fish whereas clowns the female is the dominant fish. If I remember correctly, a submale or female can turn into a terminal male but once a terminal male that is the final state. Supermale is also a terminal male but they typically have better and brighter coloration than a "standard" male. One thing to keep in mind is that some will have small to possibly severe color shifts without a female present. I have an exquisite wrasse that went from a pretty emerald green color to a deep cobalt blue. It is the darndest thing but I think his new colors are better so whatever!

I had the same color shift with my Labout's. Even after adding a female he didn't color back up fully. Still pretty though

That is a difficult question. Apparently the green-colored wrasses are notorious for shifting colors without a female present. All males will (as far as I know) exhibit better color and flash more if there is a female present for them. IMO it is better but not really necessary. I only have 1 female and 5 different males in my tank. I can't really add any more male fairy wrasses but I can certainly add a few females to keep the guys company. I need to start building my collection of flasher wrasses now!

I would recommend getting a few females... it's more fun watching one turn into a male... this is for the Flame wrasse (assuming HI Flames) and the Rhomboids... I bought 2 female Rhomboids from Mobile Aquatics and I couldn't be any happier with them... little to no aggression after releasing them (spent 2 days in acclimation box) with the other wrasses... I don't have any experience with the Leopard wrasse so I cannot comment on that... good luck fish shopping... :)
