Hello ill be getting a red sea XL425 (88 gallon display) will I have any issue with these fish in the same tank?

2-Black storm clowns
1-Watchman Goby and pistol shrimp
1-Black cap basslet
1-Foxface Rabbifish
1-Whitetail bristle tooth tang
either 3 spring damsels or 3 blue reef chromis

other stocking options?

Congrats with the new reef! The only asterisk would be the damsels. I have 4 that live in harmony, but they were acquired small and all introduced at relatively the same time (I'm not sure if I could add any more damsels without incident).

Other fish... a flame or coral beauty dwarf angelfish, flame hawkfish, midas blenny, royal gramma, any dottyback, marine betta, cardinals... the list goes on!
