im asking this question for a friend he bought a coral beauty angel last week and this morning noticed it was losing all its colors, he checked water everything is fine. its the only fish in the tank and the guy he got it from had it for about 3 mts. and it was in good shape.he said the fish was eating and was acting fine. what could this be??

my predator tank had this happen too .. i had got a blue angel when i was out collecting one day with my friend who is a diver / collector down in the fl keys .. he was fine for about a week and then he lost all of his colors .. yellows went white and looked washed out .. come to find out its not in the water it was due to the lighting .. have him find out how old his bulbs are ..
