Fish not eating during treatement

My butterfly fish almost died due to velvet . I treated him with copper and he is recovering pretty good but last 5 days he has not taken any food he is cleared of all spots and is swimming pretty good. How to maKe him eat during treatment . I am afraid if he doesn't eat during treatment he might die.

I bought it online reef4less he was eating initially then velvet came he stopped eating now he is in copper allso.

Copper can be quite strong to fish which might be playing a big role in appetite suppression. Let’s call on @Jay Hemdal for definite advice

What copper product are you using, what is the dose, and how are you measuring it? What is the ammonia level of the tank?

I am using cupramine .. .55 ppm tank is cycled and I do replace water every other day and check for copper as well
