Ok so I have a 250 gallon tank it was 3 ft tall and my puffer stopped eating had him for 7 years I want to concerned because I had a new tank and was doing the swap in a week. So now everyone is in the new 235 72x30x24. That transfer happened June 9th almost two weeks and the queen angelfish hasn't eaten and neither has the puffer both usually eat like pigs.. I tried fresh clams on the half. Puffer looks like he wants to eat but doesn't. I tried fresh squid with garlic last night also no improvement. Any suggestions?

queen angelfish
Dogface puffer
2 clownfish
dussumieri tang
Chevron tang
Hippo tang
Sailfin tang
Royal gramma

Please read through this as well as provide some white light photos and a 30 second video. Were the fish quarantined? When was last addition?

Can you post clear videos, especially of the puffer's mouth?
The puffer trying to eat, or at least following food can be a sign of overgrown teeth.
The angelfish not eating is something different though....

tonight im going to run another set of tests. All fish have been quarantined by myself for 30 days of copper and general cure. Last addition was the dussumieri tang during the tank swap.

The puffer's teeth are a bit long, but not so much as to impair feeding I think. The queen angel seems to really be pacing, swimming at a high speed around the tank, I can't account for that, sorry!

Thanks for the reply I'm going to try some more fresh clams tomorrow but the queen won't stop swimming in circles I have a 40 gallon breeder qt that is open should I put it in there?

If the angel just has a behavioral issue, changing its environment might at least temporarily solve the issue, but it could also return. I've had a few fish that would "pace" like this, but they would stop and eat food normally when they were offered food.

Update.. the puffer fish is back to normal still not much progress with the queen angelfish there appears to be something on it's eye any ideas?

Those are gas bubbles in t he eye. If both eyes are affected, it could be from supersaturation of nitrogen in the aquarium's water, but then, most fish would be affected. When just one eye on one fish is affected, it is usually due to a strike injury. Given this fish's pacing, that makes sense.
There isn't any treatment for this. In some cases, the gas gets resorbed over time, but in other cases it doesn't and the fish may lose the eye. Here is an article on fish eye health that I wrote:
