I have a 75 Gallon reef ready tank i just set up with a refugium as well. I am looking to stock the tank with mostly fish with a few anemones. What should I use in my refugium for this style set up?

Any kind of macro algae will work. Just put a grow light over it running on an opposite schedule from your display and boom your good to go.

Your concept is totally up to you. Your dream, your tank. Just know that you will need a real-deal light for anenomes, the kind that would likely also grow just about any type of coral you'd care to. A lot of peeps that mainly want fowlr, but would like a touch of movement, tend to go with some soft corals that can make due under a much less expensive light.
