I want to get a pair of Banjai cardinals however I do have a six line wrasse in the tank. Do you think it will be a good idea to add them? I have a 37g tall.

For my experience it’s hit or miss with the 6 line. I’d definitely not add another wrasse. But my 6 line had been fine with some additions and not with others. I think it’s a risk. It just watch out for the aggression. I would go for it and see how it goes. I’m worried about adding fish with mine because of his history but I’m still gonna do it. Just will be careful. Wrasses love swimming around and pecking at rocks. I think the cardinals stay afloat in the water column so it’s probably less a chance of territorial dispute.

When I put my blenny in the wrasse would chase it for a couple of days but now it does not care for it.

Probably will be fine. I think the 6-line gets a bad wrap that is not really deserved... I've had one in every tank for 25+ years and never had a significant problem with any of them.
