Fish pimple?

Been busy over the past month so the tank has been on cruise control, still do a water change once a week and feed the fish but never had the time to sit down and really look at my tank. Tonight I noticed one of my clownfish has what looks like a pink pimple near his Gill. Tried my best to get a clear picture of the darn thing but it never stops moving. Spent forever trying to catch him to get a better picture but gave up, sorry the pictures are trash but I tried. It looks like there are some small bumps underneath his skin as well ? Also noticed that all the fish look skinny despite me feeding them daily. Parasites maybe?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Could be flukes. A freshwater dip will confirm if flukes.
