I have a 90gal reef tank with the stock I've recently moved over from my 30 gal. I have some corals and would like to add more so want reef friendly fish.

Current stock:

Clown fish x2
Bengai Cardinal
Starry Blenny
File Fish
Neon Goby
Watchman Goby & a pistol shrimp (although i haven't seen the pistol shrimp since I added it last week; the goby definitely bailed on him)

Planning to add:

Kole Tang (purple one if I can find it)
Foxface Rabbitfish
Blue/Green Chromies x3 or even x5 - the seem small enough
Melanurus Wrasse

I'd love to include a yellow Tang but i'm hearing different things about the size of the tank being enough... it's a 4' long 90 gal.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on my fish plan... Am I adding too much...? Anything there i should probably avoid? Could i do more...? Anything i'm not thinking of?

I would recommend adding either a purple or a yellow tang. They are both in the same genus, so will be more aggressive toward each other. Everything else looks fine.

The kole tang and yellow may be OK together ... though a 90 is probably a bit small for two tangs and a foxface.

I find that my kole tang's appearance varies a lot by the way she holds herself and the lighting. Descriptions say they can be "brownish, purple or blue" but don't often note that all of those colors may appear within about 45 seconds, as the fish moves through the aquascape or turns to scrape at a rock.
