So i was at school and when i got back the tank was low on water therefore it was blasting microbubbles into the tank.... I don't know if this is related, but the right eye on my black ocellaris clown is puffed out kind of like the eyes on some goldfish species. Will this go away or should i do something about it

Popeye is unrelated to microbubbles. If it is only affecting one eye, then it is likely caused by a secondary infection from an injury. In most cases it solves itself after a few days.

Thank you I was really stressed about it, I'm sure it was an injury as there are multiple other kinds of clowns in the tank and they are fighting all the time

Just a thought you may want to remove the multiple other clowns and keep it to one pair per tank. It’s safer and healthier for the fish that way. Also what size tank I’ve heard of people keeping two pair in a large tank but no more.
