With how tight they build houses these days just be careful with exhausting too much without some outside make up air going in your house so you don't pull a vacuum and create a dangerous situation with CO levels in your house!

Should stress that carbon monoxide warning strongly. When they did a energy audit they had us turn on all the fans in the house to make sure that the gas appliances would still vent. Basically if you pull too much air from house fans then you end up pulling air down the exhaust vents and pull carbon monoxide back into the house. Hence the balanced air intake /exhaust.

In restaurants they require you to have a fresh air intake to make up for the air that the range hoods pull out. With the bathroom fan you're not likely to have an issue, but some of those turbines have enough flow to backdraft your furnace, boiler, water heater etc... Always have a good carbon monoxide detector in near your gas appliances.

i use a whole house fan. since the office, which is where my tank is, is in the back of the house, if i leave the office door open and the front door open, it acts like a regular whole house fan pulling air from the front door through the whole house and pushes it out along with the office air into the attic which then vents through the attic eaves, this keeps the whole house cool, and also lowers there temperature in the attic. if I close the office door and open just the office window, I can clear out the sauna temp and humidity in about 2 minutes, without effecting any other part of the house. it's that fast. i thank the exchange is like 2000cfm or more.
