Fish Room Ideas

Hey guys its been a very long time, My old account i lost seeing that my ISP changed, but that's not what im here for lol.

So a little back ground into my question is i use to have a 90g salt water tank in my parents house about 8 years ago, it was running amazing but i had to shut it down once i moved out and i didnt have any room in the new place when i moved it with my girl friend at the time. Skip forward 7 years now and me and my wife just had our first baby girl and we bought a little peace of land that we will be next year building a house!

So this is where i need all your guys thoughts and tips/ideas. I am right now working on drawings for the house and i would like to get everyone input on a good fish room. I am looking at doing a 300g tank and want to make sure i make a good size fish room to have all the equipment in.

Any help or input u guys could give would me amazing.
