Fish room sketch critique opinions

Hello Reefers,

I’m planning a layout for my sump and water change area. All equipment will be in an insulated air conditioned garage. 220 gallon tank will be behind the wall in the family room. I’m seeking feedback on my placement of sump, 20 gal frag and refugium tanks, water storage, and plumbing. Are the heights of everything ideal relative to the sump? If you want to pump SW from the sump over to the sink, would you plumb above the doors 7 feet or run the line under the doors? For the water change and storage, I’m trying to go pumpless and just feed via gravity to the sump. I welcome all comments. Thanks.

Looks like you've put some though into it so far. The only thing I might suggest is a double sink so you can completely clean any equipment on one side and still have the other side available for whatever.

A floor plan of how the garage, utility, laundry, and family Rooms relate would be helpful. Looks like a good start. I would be interested in finding a way to simplify your piping as much as possible so you don’t have to oversize your pumps or pressurize your RODI.
