Here is my build thread if anyone cares to look. I built a room to house my 120, fish QT, and coral QT. Also holds my water change bucket, so at any given time 240+- gallons of water all heated with lights, lights over the 120 being MH.

Today I put the walk door on. I noticed immediately that my basement got quieter! Sweet! Also after about a hour or so I opened the door and walked into a sauna. Boo! So I feel with the heat and humidity I need to vent the room somehow.

My thoughts are a powered fan, like a bathroom vent fan, hooked to the apex to vent the room.

Any other ideas out there, possibly better?

I installed the largest bathroom fart fan that Home D had on the shelf. Didnt care about the noise , only about how much air it moved. It has a 6'' exhaust flexpipe. I ran it to the attic and out the gable vent. Makes a HUGE difference in my fishroom.
