Hi guys I just was wondering if any one could tell me if this is fish safe?

How it was explained to me by somebody who ought to know .... GE1 is an acetoxy cure silicone that smells of vinegar and is formulated to work best on glass or ceramic. GE2 is a neutral cure silicone that exudes ammonia as it cures and is formulated to work best on plastics. There is no mold additive, rather neutral cure is inherently mold resistant. Both will cause problems if not allowed to cure properly and completely (a full week IME), but the lack of the strong odor from neutral cure may mean that it is pressed back into service too quickly and that accounts for the problems.

For me personally, anything other than silicone specifically packaged for aquarium use is not worth the risk - even if it is just standard acetoxy cure. That is what I use and with a week to cure have never had any issues.

Just go on amazon and buy the Aqueon silicone... With prime you get 1 day shipping now, and you can be assured thats its tank safe instead of guessing. I used 3 tubes for my 135g tank.. Cure time depends on how big the tank is and how thick the bead is. Remember a rule of thumb for the seal thickness is make it as thick as the glass. So if you have a 135g tank like me thats 1/2 inch thick glass, make the seal 1/2 thick.
