fish sick

my fish keep getting sick 3 weeks ago my fish got ick now they just got fin rot I was wondering why my water conditions were fine last time I don't know why they are keep getting sick I have a protein skimmer that's for 100 gallons and a 525 canister filter and I only have 2 fish and they keep getting sick no matter what I do this is the second time for both fish I have been feeding them garlic and multivitamins to build up their immune system but they keep getting sick

Were any fish quarantined to prevent the introduction of disease into the system?
Do you have pics to confirm diagnosis?

I don’t have any quarantine tanks for my fish I put copper and then the absorbers and now I’m putting fin rot medication right now the fish had ick now they have fin rot I don’t have any quarantine for them it’s a juvenile vtail grouper and juvenile female bjt

The grouper is 4 inches and the female bjt is 3 inches

Do you have calcareous rock in the tank? If so it will absorb copper and keep it from reaching therapeutic levels.
What type of fin rot medication? Are you sure it’s fin rot and not tears in the fins due to aggression or flukes?
Please post pics of the fish to get a better understanding of the problem.

Ok sorry I got to ya so late it’s been hectic but I’m not are home but tomorrow I will show pictures yes I have limestone
It was Frits fin rot medication yes it’s not aggression and also no on the rubbing I just added some copper hopefully it’ll help I might add more copper in a week or 2 because they looked better but I wasn’t thinking and got a powder blue tang so what I’m doing is just pouring copper in the tank like I said they all look good though now the trigger and grouper look better so does the tang
