Hi , I got a new vlamingi tang yesterday . It has been quarantined at LFS for 3 weeks . Today after work , I noticed there are two oval shaped white patch close to the tail area . It doesn’t seems affect his energy or appetite . After dinner , i noticed another patch appeared under the chin in front of pectoral fin same on left side .

I don’t know what disease grows that fast . It seems still very active . BTW , he and the fox face destroyed one of my wellsos over night. Keeps picking on the flesh . Now most only skeleton left

Please help me ID whats that white patches . Would it spread and eventually kill the fish ? Any treatment?

Bacterial skin infections can grow fast and often grow in circular patterns like that. These look pretty superficial and may just be bruises/rub marks from being caught up and moved to your tank.
If it does get worse, do you have a treatment tank available? There isn’t really any antibiotics that you should add to your main display.
