I'm moving over to softy dominant reef for my 75gal, I will still have some LPS like hammers and Duncan's but for fish is there anything that can't be added to an sps tank that could be in a softy tank. I know orange spotted file fish are one. Any ideas

The "nippers" in my tank (angelfish) primarily go after the soft corals like the occasional pest palythoa and acans (one of my fish just loves acans!) Generally anything "reef safe with caution" is just that - coral tastes can and will vary.

Most are gambles which may or may not bother your LPS such as dwarf angels, valentini and similar puffers, filefish, angels, triggers, certain wrasse and certain crabs such as Emeralds
