Fish stocking: new tank

Hey all, I have a new tank (nuvo 20 peninsula) and it's a month old. I believe it's fully cycled, I have 5 happy snails and a coral. I did my first 30% water change last night.

I want to stock my tank with 2 frost bite clowns, a black neon dottyback, some sort of cardinal and some sort of damsel. Last 2 fish could be changed with something else but for sure I want the clowns and dottyback.

I just don't know what fish I should introduce first. I know damsels can be very territorial if they're the first inhabitant. This is currently my second tank

Oh as well, the frost bites are fairly expensive.. so I'd like to add a cheaper fish first if possible.
