I have a Nuvo 30L tanks. 30 gallon 36” wide tank.

Currently have 2 clowns and 1 chromis.

Looking to plan and get some more fish and looking for recommendations. They do need to be reef safe fish.

midas blenny is cool

orchid dottyback if you don't mind a slightly more pugnacious tank

if no orchid, royal gramma or some of the other small basslets

Chrysiptera damsels like talbot azure springers rolland

tiny wrasses like pink streaked or possum

I like mattzang's list, especially the pink streaked or possum wrasses.

Longnosed hawk would be a good one.

perhaps one of these?
yellow watchman goby
possum wrasse
dracula goby
chalk basslet
barnacle blenny
sailfin blenny
firefish

how shrimp safe are longnose or flame hawks? I like those fish, but I like shrimp too heh

With skunk cleaner or fire shrimp, I would say very safe.

If you had a large and established hawk, then added some sexy, or harliquin, or maybe even peppermint shrimp, then there would be a possibility of it going after them

Royal Gramma would be good, it's a bit of a risk with corals but given the length of the tank a Cherubfish aka Pygmy Angel might be worth the gamble. They are feisty but would add a lot of activity and color to your tank. Here is an interesting interaction between a Clownfish, Cherubfish and a Clam:
