What do you guys think of my fish stocking list and do you think I have enough habitat for them? I have a 100 gallon display tank measuring 60x18x22 inches.

Currently have:
Yellow Tang
2 Clown Fish
2 Fire Fish Gobies
1 Bengi Cardinal
Watchmen Diamondback Goby
Royal Gramma

Future additions:
Kole Tang
Bristletooth Tang
3 Anthias
7-11 Blue/Green Chromis
Six Line Wrasse
Lawnmower Blenny
Possibly Flame Angle

Seems like way too many to me. How old is your tank? What filtration? That list would be closer to a 200 gallon tank.

Hi! Welcome to the forum! I'd agree with @Jekyl . This is a really big list for a 100 gal tank. How old is your tank? Has it been running long? The general rule is one inch of fish per five gallons of water. That would give you 20 inches of fish. Once full grown, your yellow tang alone will be eight inches just by himself.

I agree with the posts above. Every tank is different in stocking levels but this appears to be too many fish. I would choose your 3 favorite fish from your list.

Adding tangs at a later date can lead to a turf war. You may want to add the yellow's last as they are a little more aggressive. Not sure if you plan to have a reef tank but the Flame Angel is 50/50 chance of being reef safe. Be sure QT!

If you are new to the hobby I'd say read and research before you buy. Have an interim and long term plan in mind and leave room for change. You can lose a lot of money and kill stuff in the process if you jump in head first.

My tank has been up for about a year. I believe I have finally gotten the Algae under control and I’m starting to see some Coraline Algae! When the Coraline Algae is more established I will slowly start adding corals. I think I’m ready to start adding more fish. I have had my current stock for 6+ months.

I have an Apex DOS setup doing daily water changes, filter socks I change twice a week, and a refugium lite by a Kessil H380.

Nice aquascaping, I’m in agreement with everybody else, add the lawnmower blenny.
