I wouldn't say you are over stocking. I would say you are miss-stocking. Both of those fish would do better in a larger tank.Im new and this forum is so huge I dont know if this is the right place to ask this.
Ive got a 20 long tank, currently with a Coral Beauty and a melanurus wrasses.
Am I overstocking?
So Should I maybe go with a different set of fish?I wouldn't say you are over stocking. I would say you are miss-stocking. Both of those fish would do better in a larger tank.
If they are both very small they may do ok for awhile but they will "outgrow" your tank fairly quickly. The small tank will likely cause the angel to become aggressive and both fish will likely be stressed. So Should I maybe go with a different set of fish?
Every fish is different so I won't make predictions on how the fish would do long term in your system. Just don't be surprised if the CB attacks any new fish you add to the system. They are one of my favorite fish though, so you have excellent taste!I would actually say theyre both at their max size according to that website, maybe off by a quarter inch.
Yea i know first hand that all fish are different. But yea man Coral Beauty is truly a beauty.Every fish is different so I won't make predictions on how the fish would do long term in your system. Just don't be surprised if the CB attacks any new fish you add to the system. They are one of my favorite fish though, so you have excellent taste!
X3Both are pretty active fish so would likely benefit from more swimming space.
