I've ordered several items from them and very recently. The last one being about a month ago... shipping takes forever, and I don't think they provide tracking on some items but i've always been happy in the end

Mine did have tracking. The site says 40$ and less no tracking

Since this thread is still alive and the ali baba comment was made... I wondered the same after watching this video on the real life fish street in hong Kong. If a street like this exists in the US, let me know.

I purchased from them a couple of time and even warranty issues were quickly taken care of. It has been a while since I last purchased.

don't buy from them they do not stand behind what they sell.................at least that's my experience.

They always stood behind controller and power supply but they do not do well if it is over a year old. I have actually been buying Jebao items from Amazon with better pricing.

I have their power heads, return pumps and skimmer and have been running them for the past two years with no problems at all.

They aren't shady, just not good communication(bad English) and their website sucks. I just got a replacement pump from them a few days ago. some things come from china and that takes a while, but sometimes they say 2-3 weeks and it arrives in a few days. As far as standing behind their products; Jebao is cheap knock offs, so you kind of take your chances. I've got stuff working great for years, and I have had pumps go out after a few months.

actually I have a Jebao return pump and 4 Jebao powerheads. maybe I just got the one a hole that worked fishstreet. lol

I bought Jebao pumps from them and had a difficult time contacting anyone for warranty issues. When I finally did, they wanted to charge me for shipping replacement parts.

Well I had a problem and tried to contact them and hit the "Australian warehouse button" item was $49 but when I treid to contact them about $87 taken from my account I realised the "Australian warehouse" charges in US dollars with no warning like 'US dollars" There is no Australian warehouse, I checked, Pretty sure there is no "American warehouse" as well. It all comes from Hong kong but the website looks like you are buying it from your Country and supporting local business, but you are not
Item arrived and I had issues with it.
They invited me to make a review of my purchased product
I wrote a fair reviw pointing out a few things
1, the product had a silicone tube that was packed in such a way that rendered the tube unusable as it was crushed and kinked, I had to go out and buy another length
2, The device had a tube holder built onto the lever sensor holder, doing it that way would cause a back siphon
3, The actrylic piece was usable but had a manufacturing fault caused by the CNC router, so bad quality control, it should have been culled from the production line
I wrote a fair review, and apparently all they do is to ONLY SELECTIVLEY PUT 5 STAR REVIEWS ON THE SITE THAT IS THE ONLY REASON EVERYTHING THE HAVE IS 5 STAR REVIEW. Fish street is as dodgy as!
