My question came by how I received my purchase. A few of us on our local forum purchased a few items. Delivery time was awesome but the box my wp-10's was in was crushed a bit. The bottom of the box was not taped and pretty much open. Everyone received their stuff packaged in a nice item box. Both of my powerheads were thrown in a big brown box with a little bit of bubble wrap. Thankfully I don't think nothing fell out the bottom of the box. But yet, I don't know due to not even getting instructions. Do you think my new powerheads have been refurbished. Or why do I feel I did not receive new products.

There isn't much to these pumps. Pump that goes in the tank, controller, power supply, and magnet that goes outside of the tank. I would just try it and see if it works. If it's all good, then don't worry about it.

Understanding, I got one going right now. With Koralia 750 or 850gph? (Cant remember) on the opposite side. And research stating the wp-10 could reach 1050gph. I'm sorry but the Koralia out throws the one that I have in right now on every possible setting and adjustment. Reason I'm asking do I have REFURBISHED unit that's not pushing what could be achieved with these units?

My intent is not to bash a company, if I ordered these off ebay from a person. Maybe my package would look this way. But going through the so called company I feel that this would be unnaceptable by many. Reviews are everything when it comes to any hobbiest. Cheap or expensive.

They may be off for the next couple of weeks for Chinese New Year. I know several of the factories are closed. I'm not sure about a retail outlet like FS. I've bought from them twice and got good service, but they struggle with understanding emails and providing quality replies. They didn't have anybody who can answer in English very well.
