I recently bought a dtc1200 pump from fishstreet and received a damaged unit. It seems to be used. I sent couple email with pictures to them but haven't got any response back. I heard they are good but maybe I just don't have luck.
After 2 weeks without any feedback I finally filed a claim with paypal

Any advise when dealing with fishstreet will be appreciated

Keep records of all correspondences. 2wks is definitely long enough, should have received an answer by now. Follow through with your PayPal claim.
As for dealing with them.....don't. :) jmo.

I agreed
I bought a doser pump last year and never had any issues. They answered questions within a day or less but don't know what happened at this time.
I spoke to paypal and they said I shouldn't have to worry anything, paypal will give fishstreet 10 days to response or else they will take action
I just need the pump for new setup. Oh well....
