A few days ago, I noticed one of my 1" overflows was making an odd noise, and three of my fish were missing. I ignored it and it went away. Today, I wake up and that overflow is barely moving any water and the fish are still gone. I think they got sucked in and are stuck. This doesn't make much sense, though, because its only 1 neon goby, 1 six line wrasse, and 1 dottyback. Unless they died and are blowing up from decomposition gasses, I don't see how it could have stopped flowing overnight.

Can someone suggest a way to get them out? From the bulkhead, there is a T, and from there it goes down to the sump. The only right angle is at the T. I have tried using a pump to reverse the flow and something is still lodged in there.
