I have a red sea max e260 (69gallons) set up now for about one year. This is a mixed reef tank (i can say thing now with my two sps coral :) ). I currently have stock with two bullet hole clowns, one flame angel, and one firefish. Looking for some suggestions for new additions to my tank any ideas are greatly appreciated.

They jump (wrasse) need to have good cover. Get a Melanurus Wrasse and a Blue Throat Fairy wrasse. The Flame angel is fairly aggressive, you cannot keep pushover wrasse in there.
I also add another Flame angel to get a pair.

Don’t get the green wrasse (Halichores) they lose color with age and turn into jerks. Same goes for the 4 and 6 line wrasse. Make sure you QT though they can carry many illnesses without showing signs and flukes are common also.

do u have a sandbed? like others said, wrasses for the win

also gotta have a blenny. that goofy face staring at u from a random hole in the rocks
I do have a sand bed, about 2 inches, so i had a midas blenny who was super aggressive towards the filefish. I was thinking a starry blenny

I seem to recall you having a way to id flame angels to pair them up. I thought I had it saved somewhere..

I like the yellow wrasse a lot, a little plain but that yellow pops.

that was my thought too, so i was going to get one of the more exotic halichoeres, but that yellow is crazy bright. i'm glad i have her, they're cool fish.

and bummer about the mean midas, mine is like a golden retriever. i've seen people say starry blennies can be mean too, maybe try a fanged blenny?

I would even try another midas I think it's just luck ?
