Fish Tank Web Cam

I've set up an IP security cam to monitor my tank while I'm out of town. It works pretty well (especially after I taped a sunglasses lense over the camera eye to cut down on glare), but It would be cool if I could put on under water. Has anyone done this before that you know of? If so, what did they use?

I also use a camera but have thought about how cool an underwater cam would be. LOL!

What you could do is use a GoPro and live stream it to your PC than maybe do a live stream via ustream? You would have to find a waterproof case that would allow you to keep the camera plugged in so it was always charging.

that would be awesome. Find some one with one of those fancy 3D printers they can make a mount no problem.

get a foscam PTZ camera a 2L bottle (or something fancier) and you're done...

Those may be too big for my 72g bow front. What about a pinhole camera sealed up in a piece of pvc? Maybe epoxe a piece of acrylic over the end and angle up out of the sand and looking out from inside a piece of broken pottery like a the top of a miniature urn. Not sure how feasible that is. I supose I could dothe same thing with a piece of 5/8 or 3/4 inch hose. Run the other end well out of the top of the water to avoid flooding the hose. Maybe use a wireless transmitter. I'll to research the cost.
