So I just started the battle with flatworms, I have a 13 gallons nano tank and looking for a fish to help to control these. But if there isn't any viable option for me, then I might go with medication dosing. Also, I have two harlequin shrimps so I don't want aggressive fish. Any suggestions?

For a tank that small, the only fish I can think of that MIGHT eat them is a possum wrasse.

They are generally reef safe and pretty timid around other fish. I had one for awhile in my 10g nano before he lept to his death :(
Sorry to hear that, but I don't have any aggressive species in my tank and I have a lid.

I see a lot of people claim that the fish-eating method is a hit or miss.

Lots of people claim lots of things ..... usually without knowledge or evidence LOL. The problem here is the size of the tank. A halichoeres wrasse will absolutely eat them, but is much too big for a nano tank and often tough on ornamental shrimp. Harlequins usually get left alone and they’re generally tough little burgers - what are you feeding them?

I am feeding frozen legs of chocolate chip star fish to them.

Anyone?
