Fish too fat/feeding too much?

Hello new to having tangs and my yellow has blown up. I feed 6 small feedings a day for my chromis/anthias. 3 frozen mysis/krill mix, 3 pinches (like 20 pellets) via auto feeder. I put about a business card size piece of nori on my clip daily and they eat it all.

is he too fat or is this okay?

I have very little detritus so assuming most of it gets eaten or ends up in the socks.

nitrates have been stable 2-5 ppm for the last 2 weeks via Red Sea kit. Fuge is growing like crazy.
