Hello Reef2Reef! Welcome to the last vote of the Large Angel tournament before the championship! Yesterday, the Emperor Angelfish clinched its spot in the final, and today, we will see who will join it! While selecting, the best overall fish should be selected. Let’s do it! @Reefkeepers Archive

Previous Winners:
Emperor VS. French

Majestic Angelfish (Pomacanthus navarchus)

How the hell can you look past that majestic. It's even in the bloody name.
Easy, I think it's ugly. Seen them in person. Still an ugly bugger. My opinion though.

Ohh ohh, fantastic!

Majestic Holy Grail of Holy Grail torch..... I'll just tap that name on a random green torch.

It’s so interesting to see everyone’s differing opinions!

Just joking about my above posts. Angelfish are just beautiful in general. Some of the best colorations in the ocean we can keep in our home aquaria.
Absolutely! I want to get another regal purely because they have a certain way of attracting you into a reef tank. I’m not sure how as I’ve found it with all angels but the regal seems to have a specific way of attracting people to look at the tank.

Mine was hugely personable and would spit water when she was hungry.

I love the personality of mine. I go to watch her, she hides. I go to sit down 3 ft away, shevdrifts at the front of the glass watching me. Feeding time is such a comedy show!
Day or night, stunning colors

How bad of a nipper is your baby angel? That’s my main concern. I have five angels, the PE on my acros is not great anymore. I can deal with that. Don’t want them to destroy Coral though.

She only likes acans, blastomussa, trachyphyllia.
I have one twig left of an acro. Lots of monti and she don't care about those.

I have intended snacks of a lobo and trumpet coral for her.
My anti regal corner for rehoming to a friend. The typical loved angelfish menu items.

My first world problem of the day: to choose between the pretty fish or the pretty Coral. My life is super tough.

Sounds like a conundrum.
So let me help. A healthy regal might be hard to find. Getting one to eat may or may not happen. I'm not sure if their mortality rate is the same as copperbanded butterfly fish.

So, there is the added stress of getting them to eat in captivity. Best to pass. Pretty coral are a much safer bet.
