Hi guys just transferring to bigger tank and was wondering what's the lowest tempeture the fish will survive in until it warms up enough cheers in advance

Yikes!!!! I could only speculate to which point they'll actually die! If emergency I might and I mean MIGHT put a fish in 74 degree water.

Oh really ok not to sure wat to do sit up and wait all night lol

I actually keep mine at 76 as well. It seem though that 78-79 is the number I hear most discussed. It's the word survive here that makes me a little nervous.

Lol yeah it's 10:52 pm at moment looks like an all nighter

Lol just don't want to put my fish in to shock so wat do you reckon would be the lowest I could put them in

You'll want someone with cold blooded vertebrate knowledge.
All I can tell you when core temp of humans drops below about 4 degrees from an average temp becomes concerning for disrhythmias, coagulopothies, and acidosis.....not helpful here....but personally 74 is my gut.

Ok well thanks for all of your comments I will let you all know how it goes I will wait a while longer though a couple more hours it's going up a degree every 15 mins

Just to let you know all fish and inverts survived I stayed up until 3:00 until water reached temp really pleased
