What is the best fish trap to remove small gobies and sand dwellers like a diamond watchman from a larger reef?

Not me my uncle they are annoying a few lps in the middle of the tank and on the sand bed. I like my diamond watchman but some individuals are tough to keep with corals low in the tank.
