Fish V and Garlic Oil

Tried searching for an answer on this but have had conflicting answered on numerous forums/websites. Can anyone clarify the frequency on which these additives should be used? I've read once a week, two to three times a week, every feeding, etc etc.

Fish V everyday 1 drop per food portion (directly into the food) and Garlic Oil 1 drop into the food - 2 times per week.

Are you sure what you are saying? please check where is this thread or just google it There are some products from Aquaforest: Fish V and Garlic oil

Hello,
I have used Fish V for 6 months. I use it a few times per week, I use 2 drops on a frozen food portion(LRS) as it thaws. I let it saturate for about 15 minutes then feed the tank. My fish are vibrant and very healthy. Cheers
