Fish with cloudy eyes even after antibiotics

Hi,

So I have all my fish in QT after an ich outbreak, some of them have had cloudy eyes for awhile as well so after they completed a 30 day course of Chloroquine I started a course of kanaplex/furan 2. I have been treating them for 12 days now and the cloudy eye has not improved at all, not sure what to do now. Should I continue dosing furan 2 and kanaplex? I feel like it should be better by now. Also it is not flukes, they have all been through many courses of prazipro. Thanks for any input!

Affected fish are foxface and zoster butterfly, everything else looks good.

Did you do a freshwater dip to be SURE it isn’t flukes? There has been a rise in prazi-resistant flukes here lately.
