Fish with lymph twisting

So my tomini tang has lymph he's scratch some scales off but now he's doing this twisting action where he does a half barrel role and then back... Any idea if this is cause of the lymph or something else?

He eating great but im not sure why he's doing this

I'm moving this over the fish disease forum to get some eyes on it. You'll probably be asked for some details and pictures. Tank information, how longs it's been in the tank? How long has it been acting in this manner? Any new additions? The more info the better the help.
