Fish with tatter find and scales

My fishes all look like they have rotting fins. All there fins starting to disapear. My little yellow tang in the frag tank that's connected to the same system also has the same issue and he's the only fish in there. So that eliminate aggression. If it's bacterial infection is there something I can dose in there as removing all the fish and curing them will likely kill them as it's hard to have so many Hospital tank set up and cycled. Should I try dosing melafix? As that's the only red safe needs I can think of.

Can you do a FW dip on the yellow tang and see if flukes are present?

If flukes aren't present it could be something bacterial.

If it's not would melafix be the only solution to bacterial infection for in tank treatment?
