Fish wont eat

Hi I recently added a type of firefish into my tank and I've owned him for about a week now and I just can't seem to get him to eat, I feed frozen mysis. If anyone has any idea as to why please let me know thank you.

did he eat previous, if so, could be an adjustment issue. if not, he probably won't. try soaking food in garlic, Ive had 50/50 results with that.

+1 on this. I bought a copperband and saw him eating frozen blood worms at my lfs and I purchased blood worms and when he went into my tank he didnt bother with the blood worms. I tried to feed my homemade fish food that my other fish eat and still nothing. Finally, he ate the frozen mysis

May still be stressed . Is he hiding or out in the open ? If hiding may need to spot feed while other fish eat.

Leave your pump and powerheads on and feed frozen Mysis. He'll eat.

Try some live brine shrimp if you can get them.
