Never had a problem with Tusk and other fish, including much smaller... small snails and crabs will disappear.

Maybe I have had friends that have gotten one and could not add anything else into the tank he tried to add a blue spotted jawfish within seconds he was killed and eaten by the tusk

Panther Grouper is a huge ugly fish. Cute phase gone quickly and then he would only fit for the dinner table (I mean plate). LFS and pubic aquarium would not want him.
