Yeah it's funny that way. I have several big name acros, and while they look awesome, I love this no name tenuis I have the most. No one even really thinks it's anything that special when they look at my tank, but I grew that thing out from nothing but a speck, so I always find myself gravitating towards that tenuis first, checking on her, and making sure she is ok. Do any of you guys have a favorite that is a no name?

I only have like 5 acros, only one is named and it's a red planet. I picked up a pink and green one from Rift to Reef a few weeks ago that bleached over night on me. It is still my favorite as I am waiting for it to color back up.

Building up slowly with acros over time is a great way to go. I had my fair share of pit falls in the early days of messing with them, mainly from being lazy and not testing enough, alk drop is always number 1 suspect on my list, next I had no idea how much flow acros want, they love love love flow. I have seen to many times were people will drop a thousand on frags, only to lose them. I had one bad die off, and I said that's it, when I can get the ones I have left in my tank to grow well and get happy, then I will add allot. And finnaly I got it pinned down...at least I think..haha but testing all the time has saved me so many times

Actually this one's picture looks better than the first one I had. Imagine mixing brown, gray and green together and that's what it looked like when it arrived. I'm 90% sure it's the same acro. We will find out what halide will do to it [emoji4]
