I got the impression you don't have to use the fisheye adapter. Maybe I'm wrong.

It's possible, I only saw pictures with fisheye. I don't like the gimmicky nature of it either. The only difference between this and others is a suction cup on the bottom.

Just in case anyone didn't notice in the description, it says that it is going to go to the price of $70. Pretty sure that is a marketing ploy but if it ever does go to that price I would just buy a cheap one and glue a suction cup to it.

And about the fisheye, they did that so you can get more of the tank in view as opposed to a standard lens. It's not terrible honestly

And I payed the $20 for it, I knew I should have ordered 2 lol. I guess $5 more isn't bad
