I am on my 3rd fishless cycle. I usually take the slow natural way and never have had an issue with high nitrates. Being on a deadline from my wife and kids as I am upgrading a tank, I need the space the nano is in as that is where the Christmas tree is going to go. I added Instant Ocean Bio-Spira and ammonia to dose to 2PPM. I have to say it is working but maybe to good. It is converting ammonia to nitrites within a day. it is Converting nitrites to nitrates slowly (its been less than a week) but my Nitrates are off the charts.I only have the ability to do 10 gallon water changes at a time once cycle is complete. The tank is a 65 gallon. Will I be ok to do 10 gallon water changes everyday for a week to get the nitrates down? The current system the live stock is in has had undetectable amounts of nitrates the past 6 months. I do not want to kill the corals and fish from my current healthy tank. I will be moving the rock from current system with the dry in the cycling new system. I have about 3 weeks left to finish the process.
