Please watermark your photos. I never did and people would always warn me. I didn't care, because I posted my pictures to share with people. If they are gonna steal, they are gonna steal, what odds. THEN, I saw the photo in my avatar floating around with a businesses watermark and an incorrect ID on it. I emailed them saying to change the label, as it was not a D. brachypterus, but a P. mombasae. Never told him to take it down, I just wanted the label changed in case someone thought it was I who had incorrectly ID'd it. They would not. This was their logic....

In the end, the loser lost and had to put his tail between his legs as the picture was removed for them, instead of by them.

I didn't include names, but this is how people think, so protect your stuff. Even if you don't really care if the photo is copied, you may when that copied photo gets used for something you don't agree with.
