Placed an order with Fishybuisiness order was to arrive next day 10:30 it did not. However, it was UPS that delayed it by an extra 24 hrs. I could not get any answers from UPS other than sorry it should be there today. I called and spoke with an extremely nice lady named Jen who tried to help and eventually called me to say it would not arrive that day. Finally, the next day fish arrived looking a little stressed, the feathered sea star was in a bag that looked like it was full of blood completely red. I called Jen and asked what we were going to do, she told me to wait and see if everything else lived being it arrived that late. Well, one filefish and the starfish were goners. When I did call back she asked if I took a pic of the filefish ( had already sent a pic of the red bag that contained the starfish). I told her being I waited as asked that the filefish was already dead and half-eaten in my tank. She explained without pic insurance would not cover it but they would take the loss. Good business to deal with and my compliments to Jen who was extremely nice would do business with them again just because of her.

Would you recommend ordering a large shipment from them though? I need to stock my entire 75 gallon and want a few things that my LFS never have so i was planning to just order online but i havent found anywhere i can trust enough

I buy most of my SPS from other hobbyist, occasionally I will pick up a piece from my LFS. I have only ordered from them once. That being said there was a problem which was not their fault, I recommended them because they handled it very well as stated above. Because of that alone I would buy from them again. I bought several fish and a feathered starfish because my LFS didn’t have any so I don’t really have enough experience with them to give you a definitive answer. Good luck,I hope all works out well wherever you buy from.
