Ok. Just received package. Came much earlier than expected.
First observation I noticed was box was dry as a bone. Usually when I get a delivery the box is somewhat wet
2nd observation-when I opened box it wasn’t your cheap styrofoam box. Lid was very tight even without the tape
3rd observation-fish all alive and looking good. Granted didn’t do a thorough look just wanted to make sure they were all alive
4th observation-the water to oxygen ratio. Fish had plenty of water. And plenty of oxygen. Bags were oversized for the size of the fish I ordered. One fish was larger then expected but I knew that prior cause they called me and asked me if it would be ok to ship
Overall I am impressed. From the ordering. To the customer service. To the delivery. To the packaging. And now the fish. Hopefully no unforeseen problems will occur where I have to use my free 21 day warranty but if it does I will have no problem reporting on how they handled the situation.
Will definitely be buying from again

What was the salinity of the water the fish were shipped in?

Thanks
