Nice man.. how do you like the zeovit system? Have you tried any other bac driven systems? How do they compare to Zeovit in your opinion..

Very nice! those clams are sweet!

Thanks! Looking for a nice teardrop if you know of one.

It's the only bac system I've used and I really like it. It's a little tricky to get dialed in and is very easy to overdose but once you get the hang it's easy. Cost isn't too bad either.

A few top downs from tonight. Tank has been skimmerless four out of the last five weeks. Hope to have it back online this week.

Looking great! Why did you take the skimmer offline? The corals don't even look like it has bothered them at all.

The Red Dragon for my Bubble King skimmer died :(

Corals look okay but have darkened up a bit. During this time I quit dosing Start2 (carbon source) I'm sure my P04 is through the roof.

Well the skimmer has been back online for a few weeks now and I'm seeing improvment in most corals but a few still need some work. While taking a few pictures I noticed I have an aptasia problem. I've used AptasiaX in the past with mixed results and would like to try something a little more effective, any ideas?

Here are a few pictures for now

Looks great the more I see t5 ran tanks the more I'm thinking of changing over!

Really nice Clint. Still running Zeo? Tank is looking great!

For ones where I cannot remove the rock to actually dremel the rock so I don't break the nem, I use a lot of gel superglue and glue the area where the aptasia is. I literally glue it in place so it cannot grow, open, or move. I never see them come back when I do this. I have used putty to do this as well before.

Beautiful clams, you should add them to the clam show off thread!

Thanks! I might do that

Go with the ATI Power Module if you do, it's a beast.

Thanks Craig, and yes still running ZEO.

Very nice! What is the coral to the left of the clam in the third picture? I like it! Thanks.

UFO Micromussas and thanks!

Thanks for the tip. I bought a tub of kalk and it seems to be doing the trick.

Those SPS colonies are awesome, nice tank!

Thanks man, I appreciate it.

Wow it's been a while since I've updated this thread. The tank has been on a roller coaster the last couple of years but is improving again. Here are a few pics I snapped last night with a new to me Canon 10D
